Editorial Submission – Oct. 14, 2008
Ad Close – Oct 21,2008
Ad Submission – Oct 28, 2008
Street Date – Jan 5, 2009

Overview:
In order to be listed in the Gospel Music Industry Roundup, you must (1) be reputable; (2) have your business phone listed with directory assistance (with the exception of booking & management entries); (3) submit all pertinent listing information in accordance with the above listed deadlines; (4) specify a service in an area of the industry that we presently cover, and (5) comply with the following additional requirements where applicable:

Booking & Management: Artists should have product that is being distributed on a national scale or be able to show a substantial regional following.

Choirs:
No submissions accepted. Choirs are selected by a panel of industry executives.

Events:
Should be national in scope.

Producers/Songwriters: No entries are accepted for these categories. Those included are voted on by gospel industry executives.
Radio: Station addresses must be specified. Only program/
music directors or the person in charge of gospel programming can be listed. Home addresses are not admissible. (No exceptions).

Radio syndicates:
An affiliates list is required.

Record Companies: Labels desiring to be listed must have national distribution deals or current product that has charted on Billboard’s gospel charts for the year in which the listing is being requested. For new companies, artists releases (current titles)
must be provided.

Retail:
You have to have been in business for more than six months.

Television:
Submit a station list and broadcast times for verification.

Trade Organizations/Groups:
Groups must serve the needs of the gospel industry-at-large or have a church orientation.
